How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

We may share this information with the University of York, to faciliate further contact. This information will be processed in accordance with their privacy policy .

Information provided via the Contact Form is shared with Un-static, a company which facilitates the operation of the form, and handled according to their privacy policy.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep server logs for up to 10 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting these logs.

We keep contact forms for up to 10 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting these emails.
